OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS
We seek potential unicorns—private companies that reach a billion-dollar valuation before going public or being sold—aiming to nurture ideas that can revolutionize industries. We have a full team of industry veterans to support startups with the parts of the business that don’t involve innovating: payroll, HR, operations, etc. The most important thing for founders to focus on, in our minds, is the task of creating products and acquiring customers.
Another thing: we will only invest in companies that meet Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. More and more evidence shows that outperformance is closely tied with sustainable and ethical business practices.
